Center of Expertise consists of Competence Teams and Customer Support and support Lumera with expert competencies and a world class customer support to our customers.
Competence Teams - are responsible for Lumera application areas and are experts in those areas. Competence Teams work with second line support, implementation projects, customer teams as well as supporting Customer Support and R&D.
Customer Support - are responsible for support to our customers in their Production environments. Customer Support work with first line support, create and maintain routines for workarounds as well as provide solutions to incidents reported by our customers.
