Customers use our Lumera Axylife system to manage pension and life insurance policies and to serve participants. Pensions may not be sexy, but is a hugely important for everyone who accrues or receives a pension. Lumera is committed to making pension administration simpler, more agile and lower cost. And that ensures that each participant and insured gets the best service and positive outcomes. What does the Test Consultant do?

As a test specialist, you test in close cooperation with the team and with the customer whether the delivered software meets all requirements and specifications and you know which test cases you need to be able to test this. You also determine independently when outcomes of functionalities / calculations are good. In addition, you ensure that the delivered products meet the quality requirements and you make the right trade-off between quality, time and costs. You perform all tasks related to the testing of 'user stories' independently, including the relationships between components and process steps and including the coordination around tests that are carried out by customers (such as Acceptance Testing).

You are in charge of the preparation and execution of the tests and automate the regression tests. You also guide team members in carrying out test-related activities and help our customers. In addition, you think in terms of product risks and translate these into efficient and effective QA measures, such as tests. You attach great importance to quality and are also working on improving product quality and optimizing, among other things, execution processes. You know the importance of compliancy and act accordingly. Within Lumera you shape the interpretation of your role and your possibilities within the organization. No shortage of opportunities...

To thrive in this role, we hope that you have…

• HBO+ education in science direction with at least 5 years of work experience
• Pension knowledge (knowledge of unit administration is an advantage)
• Experience with systems, conversion processes, management/change processes
• Experience with project- and release-based work
• An eagerness to learn and critical (problem-solving) thinking
• Independence, a result orientation mindset, sense, self-reflection
• Team player qualities
