What you'll be doing:
- Engage on client projects, working closely with clients to solve their complex data problems.
- Work on large database projects across a variety of memberships and schemes.
- Carry out bespoke data analysis, data mapping and migration, pensions calculation design, formatting and presentation of statistics and transforming results and observations into specific recommendations for clients.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- 4+ years of Analyst experience in a similar industry (financial services, banking, insurance, software).
- Experience in completing GMP Equalisation calculations
- Logical thinker with a proven talent for analytical problem solving.
- Ability to provide concise results and conclusions from large datasets.
- Advanced pensions knowledge – legislation, terminology, calculations.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL.
- Excellent knowledge of VBA.
- An excellent level of MS Office skills, especially Excel.
