What is the most developmental aspect of your job?
As the HR Manager I am involved in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management and dealing with day-to-day queries. I love that my role allows me to speak to so many of my Lumera colleagues and helps to shape the culture of the business. No two days are the same which helps keep me challenged and developing in my role.
How would you describe Lumera as a workplace in just a few words?
Lumera is a great place to work, the people are what make working here so special as they are all so friendly, supportive and fun to work with. The company embraces flexible working, and you feel that you have a great work-life balance which is so important to me.
What do you do when you are not working at Lumera?
When I am not working at Lumera, I like to spend time with my children and family. I also love travelling and am keen to visit as many countries as possible!
