What do you find most beneficial for your professional growth in this role?

A lot of things make this role invaluable for professional growth. Working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders enhances my communication and project management skills. Continuously learning and adapting to new testing tools and methodologies keeps my technical skills sharp. Guiding and mentoring my team hones my leadership abilities, helping me manage and inspire a diverse group. Identifying and resolving complex bugs sharpens my analytical and troubleshooting skills. Maintaining high standards and delivering reliable software instills a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, fostering innovation.

What do you do when you are not working?

When I'm not working, my life is a blend of various roles and activities that keep me engaged and fulfilled. I have a passion for dancing and love choreographing routines for small children and friends in my church group. I'm quite active and enjoy playing badminton, volleyball, and table tennis. I also cherish brisk walks with my family, which are great for both exercise and quality time. Watching documentaries and diving into interesting reads are my go-to ways to unwind and learn something new. I take pleasure in cooking for my family and guests, experimenting with new recipes. I like spending time with friends and meeting new people. Balancing all these activities keeps my days vibrant and dynamic, whether I'm at work or at play.
