Why did you want to join Lumera?

One part was the role itself, a completely new position where I am given the opportunity to form a new channel partner program and be part of the internationalization of Lumera. And already in the first interviews I felt the energy and excitement of what is to come, and that made me confident I really wanted to join the company.

What is your work day like at Lumera?

It is very varied and with good possibilities for me to shape it. I divide my work on the strategic partner program work, the hands-on creation of material towards our partners, meeting with different internal departments as well as meeting with partners in Europe, both existing and potential. So, in short, very varied and stimulating.

What is the most developmental aspect of your job?

The possibility to work with new partners and assure they are up to speed with Lumera. We not only want to excite them about the great possibilities with Lumera, but we also want to assure they are confident when reaching out to new prospects.

How would you describe Lumera as a workplace in just a few words?

Innovative, friendly, and driven.

What's the best thing about working at Lumera?

The new opportunities around us. When I started, my manager said that we are starting on a new, blank sheet, and that we will form what goes into this. And that is true, we have all the possibilities now to write a new chapter in the Lumera history and this is both challenging and very fun.
