What is your workday like at Lumera?

Everyday consists of engaging with multiple business functions and teams.

A big part of my role is mapping current system and process capabilities along with analysing data from different parts of the organisation to identify gaps, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

Throughout the day, I might work on creating reporting dashboards to work in connection with our data model, create impact assessments for proposed changes and develop business model. No two days are the same.

How would you describe Lumera as a workplace in just a few words?

Lumera is a very friendly and welcoming working environment. No matter if you are in one of the offices or working from home, everyone is approachable and willing to help.

What do you do when you are not working at Lumera?

When I am not at work, I am at home looking after my daughter. We try and spend as much time out in the first air with our family dog, exploring and crafting.

What is your biggest accomplishment in life?

My biggest accomplishment to date would be having my daughter but also developing a very good work and home life balance to allow myself to development my career and be the best mother I can.
