What is the most developmental aspect of your job as an Analyst?
The most developmental aspect of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I was previously a pensions administrator with little experience in the way of data analysis. In my current role, I have been able to take on new challenges and expand my skillset regularly. I find that the variety of tasks and projects keeps me engaged and motivated to continuously improve.
How would you describe Lumera as a workplace in just a few words?
Lumera is an incredibly friendly and supportive workplace, with a strong focus on personal growth. The flexible work environment also allows for a great work-life balance. It's a place where employees can thrive and develop their skills.
What do you do when you are not working at Lumera?
When I’m not working at Lumera, I like to spend time with my wife and son. I enjoy exploring and visiting different parts of France, eating French food, drinking wine, and learning French. I have played tennis since I was young and have recently taken up padel.
