Why did you decide to join Lumera?

Lumera has started a very exciting journey which made me curious, and I wanted to contribute to the expansion. I also wanted to join Lumera because of great leadership and all the great people working here. All the employees that I met were friendly and passionate about what they were working on. It was clear that they had fun at work!

What does your typical workday as a Talent Acquisition Partner look like at Lumera?

I have the honor to work with a competent HR team who help each other and share knowledge. Every second day we have a morning meeting to share our plans for the day and to discuss different subjects. I work mostly with full recruitment processes in collaboration with our hiring managers and employees who are involved in the process. As a candidate, you will talk to me during the first screening telephone interview, and from there, I will be coordinating all the meetings for you during your recruitment process. After the initial stages, we will schedule a final in-depth interview where we' will delve deeper into your background and qualifications. Prior to this interview, you' will undergo both a logical and personality test provided by TQ Nordic. Your test results will be discussed and evaluated during our meeting. Following this, we will conclude the recruitment process with reference checks and a background verification before the hiring manager extends an offer.

What advice would you give to a future team member?
