Lumera has started a very exciting journey which made me curious and I wanted to contribute to the expansion. I also wanted to join Lumera because of great leadership and all the great people working here. All the employees that I met were friendly and passionate in what they were working with. It was clear that they had fun at work!
What is your work day like at Lumera?
I have the honor to work with a competent HR-team who help each other and share knowledge. Every day we have a morning meeting to share our plans for the day and to discuss different subjects. I work mostly with full recruitment processes in collaboration with our recruitment managers and employees who do the case interviews. I also work with Employer Branding to make sure we can attract new talents to Lumera and retain the employees we have by arranging activities such as AWs, conferences and kick-offs, together with a group of engaged colleagues.
What is the most developmental aspect of your job?
To get to know our new talents throughout the recruitment process and then follow them on their personal development their first days, weeks, months and years at Lumera.
How would you describe Lumera as a workplace in just a few words?
Collaborative, helpful and solution-oriented.
