Felix Wallin
Talent Acquisition Partner – Lumera Sweden"At Lumera, my workday revolves around guiding candidates through their recruitment journey, which is both fulfilling and exciting."
What does your typical workday as a Talent Acquisition Partner look like at Lumera?
My day usually starts with a sync with my HR colleagues, during which we go through our current recruitments and other important matters. After that, I'm usually on my way to speak with candidates, schedule interviews with hiring managers, source potential candidates, and conduct reference checks. I also make sure to find some time for a game of table tennis.
What is the most developmental aspect of your job as a Talent Acquisition Partner?
It is the daily interaction with a diverse range of people from all over Lumera, which I truly enjoy. I work with a great variety of roles, each providing unique insights and knowledge. I also greatly appreciate all the candidates that I get to meet. All recruitment processes at Lumera start with a brief telephone call with a TA-partner. After that, our job is to guide you, the candidate, as smoothly as possible throughout the whole process. We meet again at the end of the process for an HR-interview, where we get to know you/the candidate more in-depth.
How would you describe Lumera as a workplace in just a few words?
Highly skilled professionals in a fantastic work environment.
What do you do when you are not working?
You will usually find me either skiing or on the golf course, depending on when you try to reach me.
