Lumera is an insurtech company that provides a digital platform – with associated services – to pension funds, administrators and insurers. Customers use our Lumera Axylife system to manage pension and life insurance policies and to serve participants. Pensions may not be sexy, but is a hugely important for everyone who accrues or receives a pension. Lumera is committed to making pension administration simpler, more agile and lower cost. What you’ll be doing
As a Modeller you carry out implementation projects and manage realized functionality for our customers. For this you use our software, for which we train and guide you. You are involved from start to finish in conversion processes, setup, testing and management. Because AxyLife is a solution that works across the full breadth of the operation, you have to deal with all facets of the business. Your role is therefore very broad and responsible. This also gives you a very steep learning curve. You ultimately determine your role and your possibilities within the organization. No shortage of opportunities...
To thrive in this role, we hope you have…
- HBO+ education in science direction with at least 5 years of work experience
- Pension knowledge (knowledge of unit administration is an advantage)
- Experience with systems, conversion processes, management/ change processes
- Experience with project- and release-based work
- An eagerness to learn and critical (problem-solving) thinking
- Independence, self-reflection and that are a team player
