Miriam Danwihl
Subject Matter Expert – Lumera Sweden
“At Lumera, one day is rarely the same as another, and I find that exciting.”
What do you do as a Subject Matter Expert?
I am involved in several different areas at Lumera, including customer projects, competence teams, and development teams. This provides many opportunities for contact with customers, assisting in answering questions from other customer teams, and supporting the development teams in proposing solutions based on our customers' new needs.
I joined Lumera because I have been working in the insurance and pension industry for a long time and I wanted to leverage my experience in something new for me, to be able to use my knowledge from a new angle.
What development opportunities are there at Lumera?
Lumera's insurance system is very complex, making it almost impossible to know everything, so there are always new things to learn about the system. In addition, there are many different roles within Lumera besides the business analyst that I am, such as application consultants, solution architects, testers, etc. This means there are great opportunities for constant development.
How would you describe Lumera as a workplace in just a few words?
Unpretentious. Relaxed. Youthful. Supportive.
What do you do when you are not working?
I enjoy spending time in nature, whether in the forest or by the sea, and I also like skiing. Additionally, practicing yoga helps me feel good.
