Miriam Danwihl
Business Analyst – Center of ExpertiseWhy did you want to join Lumera?
I wanted to join Lumera because I have been working in the insurance and pension industry for a long time and I wanted to take my experience from that into something new for me. To be able to use my knowledge from a new angle.
What is your workday like at Lumera?
I am involved in several different directions at Lumera. These include customer projects, competence teams and development teams. This means many opportunities for contact with customers, helping to answer questions from other customer teams and helping the development teams to propose solutions for development based on our customers' new needs.
All this means that one day is rarely the same as another, and I find that exciting.
What is the most developmental aspect of your job?
Lumera's insurance system is very complex, and it is almost impossible to know everything, so there are always new things to learn about the system. In addition, there are many different roles within Lumera besides the business analyst that I am, such as application consultants, solution architects, testers, etc, which means great opportunities to constantly develop.
How would you describe Lumera as a workplace in just a few words?
* unpretentious
* relaxed
* youthful
* friendly
What do you do when you are not working at Lumera?
When I'm not working, I like to be out in nature, both in the forest and by the sea or why not on the ski slope/track? I also need a little yoga to feel good.
